What you eat and how you eat can have a direct effect on how your brain ages and how your brain functions. Understanding the mind-body connection, the relationship between stress and mental health, and the affects of inflammation, can greatly increase your chances of maintaining or improving strong brain function and protecting your aging brain. Learn about the strength of specific neuroprotective nutrients for cognitive health and how to choose the right foods and dietary protocols to improve or protect brain function.

This class is ONLINE. Once you register, you will receive access to the recipes we’ll be making during class.
