  • I’ll be opening the program 1 week early (April 13th) to provide a fully guided PREP WEEK!!

  • Your prep week will include access to your food lists, goal setting, and some guidance around kitchen prep

  • AND….we’re going to do a Live In-the-Kitchen Prep Class together on Saturday, April 18th (will be recorded) - you can cook with me or watch along - we’ll be making some food to set us up for a fabulous 14 days of cleaning, resetting, and reinspiring!
