These Batch Cooking classes are all about using REAL FOOD ingredients to make insanely delicious meals that keep/freeze well so that you can get back to a chaos-free existence, silence the “what’s for dinner” beasts, and rock’n roll your weeks in & out without missing a beat (picture you playing drums on your empty frying pans because dinner’s already made!) Yeeees!

Batch Cooking is an effective (and quite frankly, genius 😉) way to maintain a healthy way of eating while also saving time & energy, AND reducing stress during busy weeks. By preparing many meals & snacks in advance, you can grab real-food homemade options, without reaching for those convenient imitation meals when you’d rather not (Hungry Man TV dinner anyone? 🤢).

What You Need To Know

  • This is a FULL WEEKEND CLASS! Do NOT plan much else. Over the course of 2 mornings, we will create several different plant-focused and totally delicious recipes to provide you with a beautiful assortment of INCREDIBLE real food meals & snacks to feed you & your family several times over.

  • You will receive a detailed shopping list the week prior with lots of time to hit the grocery stores.

  • Each morning, we will make a selection of recipes together, live over Zoom, some for the freezer, and others to consume for upcoming meals. There will be a mix of baked goods, snacks, salads, soups, and main meals spread out over the 2 morning sessions.

  • The goal is to provide you with the motivation to make a little room in your life for batch cooking, meal-planning, to inspire some kitchen magic, introduce more real-food-focused meals & ideas, AND give you something fun to do for a weekend!

  • All recipes are Health-Centered, Plant-Heavy, Gluten & Dairy Free, and designed with an incredible amount of LOVE!

From my kitchen to yours, using only real food ingredients, together, we will create several Holiday-style sweet treat recipes, in an interactive-style Zoom class. Each recipe is designed to nourish and make the body feel good throughout this celebratory season and beyond 🎄

All recipes are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free, and….SO dangerously delicious, your family, friends, & neighbours will be knocking on your door for more!! Participants will receive a detailed & comprehensive shopping list one week prior to class date in order to provide adequate time allowance for shopping.

If you've been feeling a bit tired of your own cooking and are looking for some nutritionally focused, outside influence, this is the course for you! Join myself and an incredible group of other kitchen enthusiasts for a WEEKEND OF BATCH COOKING!!
