exhausted by the “WHAT’S FOR DINNER” merry-go-round?
If your weekly routine is beginning to feel like a meal-rotation-torture chamber; your meal planning roster is going limp, the fridge looks like a scene from King Kong, and your once creative kitchen spirit is circling the drain…
I’ve got you covered!
It’s time to take back the kitchen, dump the exhausted meal rotation cling-ons, and bring back to life that high-kicking, fist pumping, kitchen bad ass (insert Bad Mama Jama song with hollywood sunglasses, wind in your hair, hip swaying your way into the kitchen, spatula in hand, ready for action!)
These Batch Cooking classes are all about using REAL FOOD ingredients to make insanely delicious meals that keep/freeze well so that you can get back to a chaos-free existence, silence the “what’s for dinner” beasts, and rock’n roll your weeks in & out without missing a beat (insert you playing drums on your empty frying pans because dinner’s already made!)
Why Batch Cooking is only for the Most Awesome…
Batch Cooking is an effective (and quite frankly, genius 😉) way to maintain a healthy way of eating while also saving time & energy, AND reducing stress during busy weeks. By preparing many meals & snacks in advance, you can grab real food homemade options, without reaching for those convenient imitation meals when you’d rather not (Hungry Man TV dinner anyone? 🤢). Including just a little batch cooking in your life is a powerful, kick ass way to help support your health goals, feed you & your family food that you can feel good about, streamline your grocery shopping, support you in keeping a stocked and King Kong-free kitchen, minimize food waste AND can actually cut your grocery costs (true story!).
Because you, my friend, are a sassy genius!
Here’s the Thing: If you are PREPARED, you are much less likely to reach for foods that are of little nutrient value and don’t support your health goals or align with how you want to live your life. With a freezer full of good food, you are WAY more likely to feel a sense of pride, empowerment, have more energy, be more focused, and feel better overall in your body & mind.

She is brilliant, fun, incredibly thoughtful and really understands what I have needed in this phase of my food journey. “Preparation was well organized with emailed lists beforehand. The pace of the class was perfect with check ins, guidance, some laughs. It was very exciting prepping, connecting with the group, cooking, and...snacking a little! The recipes were amazing with so much flavour!! It’s been 3 weeks and we finished the mushroom borscht and mushroom walnut burgers just yesterday. Still have desserts in the freezer. I’m inspired and happy to be eating delicious healthy food because I can really get off track sometimes. Grateful to have found Cindy online. Sign up!”
