Designed for those that live an active lifestyle, are athletes (or occasional athletes), or are feeding active family members, this class packs an intense nutritional punch to get you through big energy outputs feeling nourished without losing steam. Including beneficial foods lists, pre, during, and post workout meal recommendations, real food supplementation, and vegan athlete considerations, you will learn how to efficiently fuel the body for endurance through the use of real food. Class includes a comprehensive informational packet, recipes, live kitchen demos and delicious tastings.
