Weekly Info Sessions — Each week, we’ll have a live (& recorded) info session. Topics are still in development but will focus on foods & food rhythm, the digestive connection, nurturing the nervous system, exercise specifics, supplemental support, & self-evolution.

Faq’s:
✶ How much time commitment will I need? You can do this program at your own pace. Everything will be recorded and you can easily catch up on what you missed when the timing suits your life. You can commit as much time as you feel you can. The more you do, the more progress you will see, but it’s ABSOLUTELY better to join and learn and do what you can than not to.
✶ What if I’m not symptomatic yet? This is a powerful time to learn! You can get ahead of the game and implement health shifts to support you once your hormones begin to fluctuate.
✶ What if I’m Post-Menopausal? You can still gain SO MUCH information & knowledge by taking this program post-menopausal. I’m focusing on the Perimenopausal time because that is often the time that women struggle the most, but much (if not all) of the information can be applied post-menopausal as well!
✶ Is this program Plant Based? Nope! While most of my recipes are plant focused, there will be meals of all kinds and food recommendations of all kinds, so that you can modify the foods list to support your personal choices around food.
