1/3 cup almond butter Prep time: 15 minutes
¼ cup honey Difficulty level: EASY!!!
2 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup ground flaxseeds
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup good quality chocolate chips
Good pinch of salt
- Combine almond butter, honey, and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Combine Hemp hearts and seeds in a bowl. Add melted mixture and cool slightly.
- Add cranberries and chocolate chips. Form into small balls and spread on a cookie sheet flattening slightly. Store in fridge.
Too easy to not make these little energy bombs!
